CAR is LIVE effective today. The Division is pleased to report that the production deployment completed successfully. The application is available to the public using the following URL:

GA+SCORE has also been updated with the new forms: https://www.gascore.com/content/page.cfm/206. The CPS Screening Request Information form is for requesting a CPS Screening on Foster Caregivers and is effective today. Please make sure you upload the correct form. The second form, CPSIS Screening Request Information, is for staff. Reminder: only submit request for screenings of staff members with a JOB DESCRIPTION that requires CONTACT with any child. Starting July 5, 2016, your request will be denied if not submitted on the correct form.

Ensure that you submit a memorandum with the requesting information on your agency letterhead and NOT the agency form that your agency is currently utilizing. If there are any questions, contact Melloney Claiborne at Melloney.Claiborne@dhs.ga.gov.
