Dear Providers:

GA+SCORE has been updated with the FY2017 User Manual and PBP Measurements and Standards Guide, which are posted to https://www.gascore.com/content/page.cfm/300. Some system screens have also been updated to accommodate FY2017 reporting.

Please note the following changes for PBP FY2017:

• The measure for staff training has changed to include multiple components: timely reporting of new staff; waivers or enrollment in and completion of Foundations training within established timelines; uploading OIG Fitness Determination Letters for new staff and for staff reaching their anniversaries based on hire date; and the existing requirement to complete 6 hours of annual training each quarter. The reporting processes are described beginning on page 8 of the user manual, and the updated calculation for the measure is described on page 11 of the PBP Measurements and Standards Guide.
  
• The measure for sibling visitation has been replaced with a test measure on Placements with Siblings, which will be calculated but not scored in FY2017. The process for reporting sibling placements is described beginning on page 61 of the user manual, and the calculation for the measure is described on page 17 of the PBP Measurements and Standards Guide.
  
• A new test measure on Placements within Legal County will also be calculated but not scored in FY2017. No additional provider reporting is required for this measure; the calculation is described on page 17 of the PBP Measurements and Standards Guide.
  

At this time, directors or their designees are also able to report in GA+SCORE that they have read and reviewed the FY2017 RBWO Minimum Standards, the FY2017 PBP Measurements and Standards Guide, and the FY2017 Reasonable and Prudent Parenting Training. These items appear at the top of every screen in a blue notice box until they have been confirmed; completed confirmations are visible on the Minimum Standards screen under the orange Risk Management tab.
