As you are aware, DFCS has been working on expanding the Provider Portal to improve Portal usability and increase data sharing with providers. Portal expansion is near completion and ready for production; therefore, the DFCS SHINES team and OPM will be hosting a one-hour "sneak preview” of the new features on October 31, 2017 via webinar. During these Webinar sessions, we will discuss changes you can expect to see in SHINES along with user-level features.

For your convenience,there are 4 opportunities to attend one of these live Webinars on October 31, 2017. You have an option of participating in the 9:30 a.m., 10:45a.m., 1:00 p.m. or 2:15 p.m. session via the links listed below. Please register for the session that works best with your schedule. Attendance at one of these webinars is mandatory for all Program Directors, HSPs, CSWs and CSSs. While it is acceptable to watch this webinar in a group setting, it is very important that everyone register individually so that you receive credit for attendance.

Once you are approved by the host, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for joining the session. These sessions do not require a registration password.
