Dear CPA Providers:
The CPS/CPSIS/CARS screen, linked from the homepage of www.gascore.com, has been updated to present the latest documents and remove some older files. Please make sure you are aware of the following updates and corrections:
- Per the memo effective 11/1/2017, only the CPS Screening Request Form developed by the state may be used to submit screenings requests for prospective and current caregivers, volunteers, and substitute caregivers. If the application is altered in any way, the request will not be processed.

Remember that private providers in Georgia should submit Adam Walsh requests to the CPS Screening Unit to be forwarded to other states' agencies.

The CPS Screening Unit hosts Q&A sessions in Macon every three months. Dates for upcoming sessions will be posted on GA+SCORE.
