Dear Providers,
The Performance-Based Placement (PBP) 2nd Quarter scorecards are now available through your GA+SCORE accounts. To view your reports, log into GA+SCORE and click on the orange Reports tab.
For this quarter, providers have links for (a) the Q2 GA+SCORECARDs, (b) the Child Data reports, and (c) the Staff Training reports.
For FY2018 Q2, measures related to staff records and training have been updated to reflect provider input. As described in a November eblast, these changes are:

The requirement for timely/valid staff safety checks was removed from the measure "Staff Training and Foundations" and created as a separate measure, "Staff Safety Checks". Each measure is worth 5 points.

The requirements for timely reporting of new staff roles, timely registration for Foundations e-learning, and timely completion/waiving of Foundations have not changed.

The requirement for annual staff training hours is no longer six hours each quarter assessed at the end of the quarter, but 24 hours each fiscal year assessed at the end of the fiscal year (Q4). The number of required hours will be prorated from 24, at a rate of six hours per quarter in which the staff person works 60 or more days in an eligible role, based on start and end dates and any leave.
The 'FY 2018 RBWO Performance-Based Placement Measurements and Standards Guide' has been updated to reflect those changes. The GA+SCORE User Manual and the video series at https://www.gascore.com/content/page.cfm/606 will be updated shortly.
Please note that the FY2018 Q1 GA+SCORECARD and Staff Data reports are no longer available on your Reports tab because of these mid-year changes to the report structure. However, scorecards can be accessed at https://www.gascore.com/providerscores/. Reports for previous fiscal years can be found on the Archived Reports screen under the orange Reports tab.
