Dear CPA Providers:

We are getting excited for May and National Foster Family Appreciation Day on May 31. CHAMPS is preparing for a national communications effort in May focused on foster family appreciation. Next week, we will share a social media toolkit and related materials to help individuals and organizations engage in conversation. 

In the short term, we need your help!  We want to collect stories about foster parents. Anyone can help out: foster parents, foster care alumni, and others who know or work with foster parents. Sharing a story is quick and easy to do through this online story form, https://forms.gle/npuwZC7FX6NqahzP6, which takes only a few minutes to complete. If you have issues using the online form, please submit the story via email to hope@fosteringchamps.org. The guide document linked here describes how the stories will be used as part of foster family appreciation. It also includes a checklist (p. 4) of the elements you should include in your form or email.

Please share a story!  And please pass along to anyone you know who would be interested in sharing a story. We’d love to collect at least 50 stories by the end of the week.
