Dear Providers:
To ensure you are able to finish entering March visits despite some issues with the SHINES Portal narratives and forms, the reporting deadline for PBP has been extended to 4/18/19 for the following measures:
- Every Child Every Month
- General Contacts
- Permanency Contacts Incentive
- WTLP/Life Coach Visits (ILP/TLP only)
- Independent Living Skills Provision (ILP/TLP only)
Details about the measures and SHINES reporting are available on www.gascore.com under Key Documents & Forms. Please ensure that any visits completed during March are reported to SHINES and approved by the supervisor before 11:59 PM on Thursday, April 18th. SHINES data will be loaded into GA+SCORE the following Monday.
