Greetings CPA Providers,

The Office of Provider Management (OPM) is requesting that all outstanding PVAs and/or CAPs be submitted by close of business Friday, August 9, 2019. Remember that GA SHINES deployment of the SAFE Model is scheduled for August 24, 2019. All re-evaluations processed after August 16, 2019 will have to utilize the SAFE Model.

OPM is currently in the process of reviewing all PVAs that have already been submitted. If you receive a request for corrections, please respond as quickly as possible to ensure that the re-evaluation can be submitted before August 16. If you have any questions or concerns please contact your assigned Monitoring Manager.
