As you are aware, The Office of Provider Management (OPM) is in the process of approving all re-evaluations submitted along with creating the initial stages for all new prospective foster homes in the GA+SHINES system before the deployment of the SAFE model. To date, OPM has received approximately 600 homes requiring processing, which has resulted in obtaining assistance from our internal DFCS partners to complete this massive task.

To ensure timely assessment of these homes, OPM is requesting that your agency refrain from submitting any new re-evaluations or initials until Monday, August 26, 2019. OPM would like to thank you for your patience and partnership in advance.
