Hello CPA and CCI Providers,

The Georgia Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) contracted with Public Consulting Group, Inc (PCG) to perform an Analysis of Foster Care Utilization and Rates. In an effort to maintain transparency and acquire feedback from key stakeholders, PCG would like to share an overview of the project with CCI and CPA providers and solicit their feedback. Specifically, PCG is having an onsite listening session to gain insight related to the following:

• Cost drivers of CPA and CCI programs
• Programmatic pain points
• Recommendations for process improvement and cost effectiveness

PCG looks forward to discussing these and other topics related to the great work you do on behalf of DFCS and the children and families of Georgia. PCG appreciates your participation in this important initiative for the State of Georgia.
