Dear CCI & ILP Providers:

 

It has come to our attention that some RBWO providers with CCI programs may have received a FY21 contract with a rate schedule annex that does not reflect the current standard rates as set forth in the FY21 legislative budget signed by Governor Kemp.

 

We are asking all RBWO providers with CCI programs (which include ILP programs) please review your contracts specifically the Rate Schedule Annex and verify that the rates on the annex are the current standard rates as outlined in this memo. If the rates are not the same, please send an email to rbwofiscal.services@dhs.ga.gov and we will provide you with next steps on receiving the correct Rate Schedule annex.
