Greetings RBWO Providers,
The Division is in need of your immediate support! The new Argo Placement portal is a tool that supports DFCS in identifying providers that have available space for placements. As we have counties searching diligently for placements, many counties are encountering discrepancies as it relates to approved provider placement capacity and the actual number of beds that providers have available for placements. It is imperative that providers are reflecting an accurate capacity and accurate bed availability at all times to aid the Division in identifying available placement resources.
Please see the Excel document and update the highlighted columns (E and F):
- Review your current capacity and make any updates to reflect the number of overall beds your agency is able to serve
- Notate the number of available beds you currently have open for placement.
Please submit the updated Excel document to Opm.leadership@dhs.ga.gov by close of business today, Wednesday, July 19, 2023. It is the expectation that each contracted provider site will complete and submit this form by the requested due date.
