Greetings RBWO Providers,

Given the ongoing delays with the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and Fedex, DFCS Fiscal Services will be allowing providers to submit their pre-bills via fax to your Regional Accounting office again this month.   

No emails are allowed at this time due to HIPAA. Faxes will be the only alternative means of submitting your pre-bills. Below are the fax numbers that you should use for your Region.

• Region 6 (payment center 6 and 12) – 478-751-6573
• Region 7 (payment center 3, 5, and 7) – 706-547-7217
• Region 8 (payment center 8, and 11) – 229-931-6899
• Region 9 (payment center 2 and 9) – 478-296-6154
• Region 10 (payment center 1, 4, 10, and 16) – 229-724-2038
