Dear Providers:
MAAC and Georgia EmpowerMEnt are looking for youth between the ages 8-18 to tell why healthcare matters to them for our project – This Child Is Talking To You. The only requirement for youth participants for this opportunity is that they are 8-18 years of age and that they are from or reside in the following areas: Metro Atlanta, Albany, Athens, Cartersville, Columbus, Fort Valley, Rome, Savannah, Appling County, Crisp County, Emanuel County and Union County.
Interested participants should complete the following survey link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SYWCR6T. All youth should be available to participate in the filming of short videos on June 16th or June 17th and will receive professional compensation of $250.
